OpenSeason is operated by MehyarSoft ("we"). This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Email address — when you ask us to email you season dates or reminders, or when you buy a season pack (needed to deliver it).
• State selection — which state's dates you looked at, so we send relevant reminders.
• Purchase records — processed by Stripe; we keep the order record (product, email, date) but never see or store your card number.

What we do with it

• Deliver the free dates and deadline reminders you asked for.
• Deliver your paid season pack and purchase receipt.
• Occasional product updates about OpenSeason for your state. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, honored immediately.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We don't run ads or tracking pixels on this site beyond basic, privacy-respecting analytics.

Unsubscribe & deletion

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all OpenSeason emails to that address immediately, and we keep a do-not-mail record so we don't email you again. To delete your data entirely, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my OpenSeason data" and we'll confirm within 30 days.
